Return an item

PLEASE NOTE:

We require a picture(s) of the item(s) being returned, in the condition it arrived before processing a prepaid return label.
1. Follow the steps on this page to request a return label.
2. Please email a picture of item(s) being returned to our customer service team at cs@starboutik.com. Please note that we may not process your return request if a picture(s) of the item(s) being returned hasn't been received.

REFUNDS:
All refunds will be credited back to the initial form of payment used to place the order. If the refund is in the form of store credits, it will be sent in the form of a discount code that can be applied to any future purchase or automatically credited to the customer's account for future use.
