Yes, we offer free standard shipping within the United States on all orders above $35. 

It depends on where you are and the shipping option selected at checkout. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours processing time. 

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

You can track your order in one of 3 ways:

1. We will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships. Click on either the tracking number on your email or "View Order" to view live tracking information.

2. You can also track your order from your account by simply clicking on the tracking number. you'll be routed to the shipper's website for live shipment and up to date tracking information. 

3. A third way to track your order is by downloading the "Arrive" app on your order confirmation page. This App gives you live status of your order from payment status to delivery status. 

If the tracking says your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, it might still be at your carrier's local delivery hub in your area. Please note that the delivery driver may deliver your order in your absence at their discretion. We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen once the carrier confirms delivery.
