We understand the inconvenience involved in returning an item so we strive to provide premium quality items at an affordable price so you won't have to go through the inconvenience of returning your purchase. However, we understand things happen that might warrant a return. So, we try to make your return experience as seamless and convenient as possible. We offer two return policies:
Free 7-day return policy - No Questions Asked:
Once you receive your order, if it doesn't meet your expectations, we want you to be able to return it as soon as possible without having to worry about restocking fees. This policy allows the return of most items purchased on starboutik.com within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return under this policy, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, you will not be charged a restocking fee under this policy however, you may be responsible for the cost of return.

- That this policy only applies to eligible orders made on starboutik.com and shipped within the United States.
- All returns will be inspected for damage or signs of use. You may be responsible for return shipping charged and/or a percentage of the product refund for any unreported damage or use of the product prior to returning.
- If a product isn't eligible for return under this policy, there will be a notice on the product detail page stating so.
If 7 calendar days have passed since your order was delivered, you may still return it within our 30-day return policy.
30-day return policy:
This policy allows the return of most items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund, replacement or exchange. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note that you will only receive a full refund if the return is a result of our error, damage or for low quality reasons. We may charge a restocking fee if the return is for reasons other than the above mentioned reasons. Also, all returns will be inspected before a refund or replacement is issued.
If 30 calendar days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. However, we may issue a store credit on a case-by-case bases and solely at our discretion.
To be eligible for a return under this policy, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The only exception to the aforementioned eligibility criteria is if the item is being returned due to wear and tear, or damage resulting from poor quality of fabric or product.
Items that can't be returned
We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods. Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
- Some deeply discounted items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 calendar days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you are due a refund but haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve completed all the above troubleshooting suggestions and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately some sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if they don't fit. If you need to exchange your order for the same or a different item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or initiate the return/exchange process through our online Returns portal.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to their address, we will issue a refund to the purchaser's method of payment.
When you initiate a return, we'll email you a prepaid return mailing label. Please use the prepaid mailing label to return your order. Please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
If you'd like to exchange or replace your order, depending on your shipping address, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
